Modanyaki’s Okonomiyaki

Feeling hungry and want to grab a quick bite go try the Japanese noodle downstairs at Takashimya.

Modanyaki is located at Takashimaya basement food hall. Modanyaki is like the usual yellow noodles which are fried and top with different sauces and spices which is unique.

There are 4 type of noodles:
– Cheese with egg – $4.00
– with Japanese sauce – $3.50
– with Tomato sauce – $3.50
– Omelette – $4.00

Personally I like the noodle with Japanese sauce it was sweet, tangy and flavorful and the mayo went well with it and made it very delicious and appetizing.

Everyone should really try it!
