New Lucky Claypot Chicken Rice – Michelin Bib Gourmand located here in Holland Drive Market & Food Centre which serves claypot chicken rice and other soup.
The servings are generous for both the rice and chicken, and it is very fragrant. The claypot rice were cooked over charcoal fire and the rice was cooked at the right amount. The rice crust at the base of the claypot was burnt to perfection too. Those simple ingredients like pieces of well marinated and tender chicken, pieces salted fish and chinese sausage were juicy.
Yes you need to add the black sauce and oil for the sweetness and of course the watercress soup was nice too.
