Tian Wai Tian Fishhead Steamboat 天外天潮州鱼头炉 (Serangoon)

Tian Wai Tian Fishhead Steamboat Restaurant is famous for their excellent charcoal fish head steamboat and nice place to have steamboat on a cool rainy evening and always bustling with many crowd when they are open.

The fish head soup is heavenly and full of flavours and there were many ingredients such as tofu, tamotoes, white cabbage and yam. The portions of the fish meat given were quite generous and is also the reason I like it here. Not only their fish head steam is famous they also served many other dishes.

It is also a much try for there Tofu Prawns and Prawn paste chicken, you will notice these two dishes were on every tables.
This plate of messy goodness Tofu Prawns definitely worth trying the gravy taste it is something like the chilli crab sauce.
Not sure why the the prawn paste chicken looks dull anyway it is crunchy and juicy with prawn paste flavour.

The deep fried prawn roll and Sambal kang kong were equally good as well.
