Xin Yuan Ji 新源记鱼头炉: Delicious Fish Soup At Bugis’ Tan Queen Lan Street


Xin Yuan Ji 新源記 is situated on Tan Quee Lan Street and it generally have a long queue over here most of the time during lunch hours and they are Famous for their fish soup bee hoon.

Had the Fried Fish Soup and with milk and the broth taste awesome, the fried fish was thick and fresh too. Really enjoy every bite of the fish, feel satisfied after eating this pleasant bowl of fish soup.

They also have other tze char dishes and charcoal fish head steamboat and they have a interesting naming for their drinks which are D36 Mama and D37 Papa which are basically (Lime + plum) and (Barley + Lime).
