Specialty is their Double! Cutlets varieties of fish, chicken and pork.
The original stall is at Food Republic Wisma Atria Level4, Orchard Road and they open another outlet at Toa Payoh Hub, Gourmet Paradise Food Court.
Tried their New! Must Try Salted Eggyolk Squid cutlet Noodles at $8.50. It is quite a big piece and the Squid was springy spongy and the noodles was springy and QQ and mix with their signature sauce. I guess the noodles and signature sauce goes really well with other cutlets as well although I did not try and by looking at the Queue.
