Balestier Road Hoover Rojak was mention in the 2016 MICHELIN Guide Singapore.
It is a Local-style salad with fresh ingredients and can be served with preserved duck egg.
$4 for this serving with guava, cucumber, lettuce, mango, pineapple, turnip, bean curd(tau pok), Chinese doughnut(you tiao), bean sprouts and jellyfish. I think the serving is quite a lot as compared to others.
The rojak sauce is fantastic and alot with makes the youtiao abit soggy thus not crispy.
One of the nice Rojak in town and there is always a queue and they give generous topping and sauce even Chow Yun Fat is a regular customer.
